Can I Receive Shipments at PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?

Unfortunately, we're unable to deliver to PO boxes or Parcel lockers. For door-to-door delivery, we require a physical street address. Thank you for your understanding!

Our standard delivery time nationwide is 7-14 working days, while international shipping to Germany, the United States, and the United Kingdom typically takes between 9-16 working days. Additionally, please allow 24-48 hours for order processing, excluding weekends and public holidays.

After your goodies are dispatched, we'll send your tracking number via email. Kindly allow some time for logistics to update the tracking information. We'll promptly email you with all the necessary details.
