We offer free shipping Australia-wide on orders over $99. Orders under $99 ship at a flat rate of $10 AUD. We'll send you tracking details within 1–2 business days so you know your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders $99 or more to the USA, UK, Canada and New Zealand.
Orders under $99 ship at a flat rate of $20 AUD. Tracking details will be sent within 1–2 business days once your order is dispatched.

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
We dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days. During big launches or holiday periods, dispatch can take up to 4 business days.
How long does shipping take?
We offer standard Australia-wide shipping on us! Your order is carefully packed and dispatched from Sydney within 1–2 working days, with delivery typically taking 3–7 business days depending on your state.
For international orders, delivery can take up to 14 business days. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
How can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your order leaves us, we’ll send you an email with your tracking details so you get updates every step of the way.
What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?
If your parcel seems delayed, we recommend checking your tracking link first for the latest updates. If it hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we’ll help investigate with the courier.
To ensure we can lodge a claim if needed, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’re always here to help and will do our best to resolve things quickly.
What if my parcel is delayed?
We send orders via our trusted couriers including Australia Post, CouriersPlease and Aramex. Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are outside our control. While we’re unable to offer shipping refunds for delays, we’re always happy to assist with exchanges if needed. Please email us at info@petstorecollective.com and we’ll be more than happy to follow up with the courier for you.
Sizing & Fit
How do I choose the right size harness for my dog or cat?
All of our harnesses feature an over-the-head design and are fully adjustable, making them ideal for growing pets or pets that are in-between sizes.
To find the right size, measure:
• Around the neck (where your collar naturally sits)
• Around the chest, just behind your pet's front legs
You’ll find a helpful measurement illustration on each of our harness product page to guide you.
For a comfortable fit, you should be able to fit two fingers between your pet's harness and their neck and chest.
When fitting your harness, please ensure our logo is facing forward on your pet’s chest. Our larger fabric panel sits at the front, with the adjustable straps positioned along your pet's back. This ensures our harness sits securely and functions as intended.

How do I choose the right size collar for my dog or cat?
Our collars are fully adjustable and available in sizes XS–Large for dogs, with a standard adjustable XS size for cats. Measure
around your pet's neck where the collar naturally sits and refer to the size guide on the product page under "Find My Pawfect Fit".
Our collar collection has an adjustable range, so you don’t need an exact measurement, making our range ideal for growing pets or in-between sizes.
How do your bandanas and bow ties fit?
Our bandanas are a classic tie-up design, making them easy to adjust for the perfect fit. Simply fold the top edge and tie comfortably around your pet’s neck.
Our bow ties attach easily to most collars with secure velcro backing and come in a range of sizes to suit both dogs and cats.
What if my pet is between sizes?
If your pet falls between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit. Our harnesses and collars are fully adjustable, making them perfect for pets that are still growing or between sizes.
What if I choose the wrong size?
We want you and your furry friend to love your new accessories. If the size isn’t quite right, our 40-Day Happy Paw Promise means you can exchange or return your item within 40 days. We want you to love your new accessories as much as we do!
Product Care
How do I care for my harness and collar?
Our harnesses and collars are both machine washable for easy care. Place them in a delicates bag and wash on a gentle cold cycle. Hang to air dry away from direct sunlight and ensure they are completely dry before using again.
How do I care for my pet’s lead?
To protect our metal hardware, we recommend hand washing your lead with mild soap and water. Hang to air dry out of direct sunlight. For everyday dirt or small marks, a quick spot clean usually does the trick.
How should I wash bandanas?
Our bandanas can be hand or machine washed on a gentle cold cycle in a delicate bag. Hang to dry out of direct sunlight and if needed, iron on a low to medium setting to keep them looking good as new!
How do I care for my bow ties?
We recommend gently hand washing bow ties with mild soap and cold water. Allow them to air dry completely away from direct sunlight to help keep their colours looking beautiful.
How do I care for my poop bag holder?
We recommend gently hand washing your poop bag holder with mild soap and water. Allow it to air dry away from direct sunlight to help keep it looking its best.
Are your accessories suitable for everyday wear?
Yes! Our accessories are designed for everyday adventures while being comfortable, secure, and stylish. With a little care, they’ll stay looking beautiful for many walks and special moments together.
Orders & Returns
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, email us as soon as possible at info@petstorecollective.com and we’ll do our best to update your order. Once it’s on the way, we can’t guarantee changes but we’ll happily help with returns or exchanges.
How do I start a return or exchange?
