Every order is carefully packed and dispatched promptly, with tracking information provided on all shipments.
Dispatch Timeframes
• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days
• During launches, sales, or public holidays, dispatch may take up to 4 business days
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Delivery Timeframes (Australia)
• Standard delivery is typically 3–7 business days, some orders may arrive sooner depending on location.
• Please allow extra time for delivery during peak periods such as Christmas, Easter, and major sale events.

Australia-Wide Shipping, On Us
Standard shipping within Australia is on us. No minimum spend, just one less thing to think about when choosing something special for your pet.
International Shipping
At checkout, international shipping is currently available for the New Zealand, United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. If you don’t see your country listed, feel free to email us at info@petstorecollective.com we’ll be happy to assist with arranging shipping.
International Shipping Rates
• Flat rate: $20 AUD per order
• Estimated delivery: Up to 14 business days, depending on destination
• Tracking: Included on all international orders and emailed once your order is dispatched
Please note: Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country.

• If courier delivery is required, please provide a street address at checkout

Order Tracking
All orders include tracking.
Tracking details are emailed within 1–2 days of placing your order. Please allow a short period after dispatch for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays
Once your parcel has been handed to our courier, delivery timeframes are outside our control. While we can’t offer refunds for courier delays once a parcel is with the carrier, returns are welcome in line with our refund policy.
Address Accuracy
Please check your shipping details carefully at checkout.
• Address changes cannot be made once an order has been dispatched
• If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, redelivery fees may apply
