We send all orders via Australia Post or CourierPlease — whichever gets your parcel to you safest and quickest.

Dispatch Times

  • Fast dispatch: Usually within 1–2 business days
  • During busy periods (launches or public holidays), dispatch may take up to 5 business days

Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery: Usually 5-7 business days within Australia
  • Please allow extra time during peak periods (Christmas, Easter, etc.)

Free Standard Shipping Australia-Wide

No matter where you live in Australia, standard shipping is completely free — no minimum purchase required! 

🌏 International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide to spoil pets everywhere!

  • Flat rate: $20 AUD on all international orders
  • Delivery time: Usually up to 14 business days, depending on location
  • Tracking included: You'll receive tracking details via email once dispatched
  • Customs responsibility: Import duties and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility

We happily ship to P.O. Boxes via Australia Post. If your delivery requires courier service, please provide a street address.

🚫 Delivery Issues & Important Notes

Shipping Delays

While we dispatch quickly, we can't control delays once your parcel is with the courier. We're unable to refund delayed orders, but you're welcome to return them (at your cost) for store credit or refund according to our refund policy.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. Contact us immediately if you spot an error. Once dispatched, we cannot change addresses. If a parcel returns due to incorrect address or missed delivery, redelivery fees may apply.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once placed, we can't guarantee order changes or cancellations, but contact us quickly at info@petstorecollective.com and we'll do our best to help before shipping.
