At Pet Store Collective, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and timely delivery experience for you and your furry companions. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

  • Orders ship via Australia Post or CourierPlease.
  • Dispatch: 24-48 hours normally, 1-5 days during peak times.
  • Delivery: 7-14 business days, varies by location and peak sales periods.

Australia-Wide Shipping

Your order will be delivered through Australia Post or CourierPlease. The delivery time to your destination will vary according to your postcode. Please allow extra time for post deliveries during peak times (e.g., Christmas, Easter, and during new launches). We are not responsible for shipping delays. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for delayed orders, but you may return them at your cost for store credit (exclusions may apply).

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order. If an address change is needed, please notify us before your item is shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes. While we take great care in packaging, we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged parcels once they are with the courier. If you experience any issues, please contact the courier directly.

Free Shipping Australia-Wide

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia.

Order Processing

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods, please allow 1-4 business days for us to dispatch your order, and up to 5 days during peak sales periods and new launch times.

Express Postage

We don’t currently offer express post but plan to expand this option in the future.

Delivery to P.O. Boxes

Yes! We can deliver to any P.O. Box address in Australia via Australia Post. If a courier service is required, a street address will be needed as couriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. If your delivery address is a P.O. Box, we will ship your items via Australia Post.

All orders are shipped Willoughby, NSW 2068, Australia.

Order Tracking

We have a 'Track Your Order' feature on our homepage. Please allow time for our courier to update the tracking details. Any questions? Feel free to contact us at info@petstorecollective.com.

Return to Sender Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Any re-delivery fees will be at the buyer’s expense.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Once an order is placed, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds. If you need assistance, please contact us at info@petstorecollective.com. However, if you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is dispatched, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Below is a general guide:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
    Please allow additional time during peak seasons, such as Christmas, public holidays, and new launches.
