While we dispatch quickly, we can't control delays once your parcel is with the courier. We're unable to refund delayed orders, but you're welcome to return them (at your cost) for store credit or refund according to our refund policy.

Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. Contact us immediately if you spot an error. Once dispatched, we cannot change addresses. If a parcel returns due to incorrect address or missed delivery, redelivery fees may apply.
